any chance a user is leaving their terminal signed on to an interactive session that is later being interuptted by other software that
destroys their teradata connection? when a user gets interuppted there can sometimes be hung or ghost sessions... sometimes these sessions
clean themselves up and sometimes they do not... We have seen this happen with load util's when they are interrupted... not all sessions
are smart enough to know they are dead... go figure...!
