Hi Shelly,

are you really shure about the all-amp access? I just run you're script, and it's OK. When i use more sessions it's running faster, so it can't be a FTS or NUSI access. When i explain the macro it's doing a single amp delete step, as it's supposed to do: It's doing implicit typecasts, casting e.g '1223' to integer, and so it's possible to calculate the RowHash of the PI and access using the NUPI.

So, when you explain the macro, it's also doing a single amp delete step? And when you use it from a bteq import, not?

This is supposed to be impossible ;-)
