Whoa! This sounds a bit too long to me. We have a table of about 400GB that we can collect stats on in 2-3 hours. (Our system is
15 nodes, 240 AMPs.)
Are you trying to collect stats on every column? If so, DON'T! Collect them on the primary and secondary indexes and *possibly* one or
two other columns that are frequently used in joins. Drop any others.
