Is anyone else getting erroneous script information from 'DUMP EXPLAIN'?

This is one example of an INSERT that fails when attempting to load the dumped explain to a QCD database . . .

   INSERT QCD.Predicate_Field SELECT PredicateID+ 8,
RelationKey+ -/, -/-+-),.0(( FROM QCD.SeqNumber;
   .if errorcode <> 0 then .goto finish

The DUMP EXPLAIN is from a fairly lengthy MSI-generated transaction.

It was run against. . .

   RELEASE   V2R.04.00.01.11
   VERSION   04.00.01.33

Is this a known problem? Already have a DR? Target Release? Any known work-arounds?
