Basically, the feedback I've received on collecting statistics was to do so for all indexes, with the possible exception of UPI's on very
large tables.
My additional point here is that, yes, you definitely should collect statistics on the primary indexes of small tables regardless of
index type (UPI or NUPI). This lets the optimizer know that the table is, in fact, a small table.
