A delete all is usually a very quick function (just tell the amps to forget all them rows, kind of thing, doesn't use the transient
journal). However, a delete all AS part of a transaction (either between a BT/ET or as part of a macro), except as the last command in a
transaction, will put all those rows in the transient journal in case it needs to rollback. Of course, this is with a permanent table. I
don't know what it does with the new temporary tables.
