Does anybody have a rule of thumb on the cut off point of when it's better to use Multiload vs. straight inserts.

For example, inserting 10,000 more rows to a 20,000,000 row table with two secondary indexes - would it be better to Multiload or just straight insert.

How few rows does it have to be before the Multiload overhead isn't worth it?
