Is this report a 'pre-defined' report or is this an example of an 'ad-hoc' report?

We typically prompt the user with 'List-Boxes' for pre-defined reports.

When this happens, the SQL generated by Teradata always seems to use the 'IN' statement as opposed to the 'OR' condition.
