Hmm,

Just had basically the same problem in a bank in NY. It took me probably 2 weeks to find out:

1) Was there a separate license for WinDDI? (yes)

2) How many copies were allowed? (Unlimited for the site, according to the license docs, sort of like QueryMan)

But it wasn't listed separately on the list of software, and it came with Tdat Manager. Strange. Oh well, asi es la vida.
