I can't speak for everyone, but I would like to suggest that white papers like this be included on an open NCR site, or on the Partners site. Of course attendees of Partners will receive the CD with the handout from the excellent presentations done there, but widespread general availability will add value to all customers and consultants whether they have access to the support link or not. Let's not forget that consultants are an increasingly important source of Teradata knowledge and help, and they don't need to be cut off from new information.
