The left join between T5 and T3 has the join condition between T2 and T3. Shouldn't that be between T5 and T3?

      T5
     LEFT JOIN T3
      ON (T2.BENEFICIARYID =  T3.BENEFICIARYID
      AND T3.ATTENTIONTYPE = 'C')
