Ulrich,
We had that same exact problem. Our work around was to create different User groups i.e. Production, End Users, Developers, etc.) We
then setup a script that runs in Unix and selects certain User Groups (excluding Production load Ids) and passwords that haven't been
modified for 42 days. I had be happy to share the script or further detail if you are interested.
