Julie,
The DBC sessions you're talking about, what were they doing? If they'd done any kind of updates, the rollbacks would have to complete
before the id would disappear. Were you looking in PMON or through the supervisor window (qrysessn) and seeing the id idle? I've had
instances where a hung id showed idle in PMON but aborting through qrysessn.
If the id was in the process of rolling back, it would continue after a TPA.
