We've had problems with the RDBMS setup utility as well. We tried to create additional users but the creation failed due to wrong
passwords (even though we supplied the correct ones in the text boxes!) We solved the problem by manually running the SQL statements from
the DBSSETUP.SCR file in the Teradata Manager\Sql directory.
