I am trying to increase the spool space of the utility database user. Currently it is at 1g. I increased the owner of the user to 3g
and would like to allocate 2.5g to the utility database user. I receive a 'Owner has insufficient SPOOL space' message when I try to modify
the user. What am I missing here?
