Hi Experts,

We have implemented Kerberos authentication mechanism in our plant , The Teradata verion implemented in our plant is 13.10 .

It has been noticed during the batch window on rare scenario? 1 or 2 jobs out of the more than 5000 thousand fail due to Kerberos Authentication login failure.

To the surprise, The utility job which are inbuild execution of mload multiple phases fails intermittently without any interference i.e the mload job starts and executes well but in some phase of its execution it fails with error ?user does not exist? or Authentication failed.

Did a trend and pattern revision to find the reason but it all looks good, The AWT/CPU/SESSION etc are within considerable limit.
