I do not completely agree with you on this.

Besides Workload management, EDW box is provided with quite a few good features in TASM.

And restricting few users using Filters might not be a bad idea.

Can you please explain in a high level on your IP restriction Or other possible ways of restricting batch users login form individual id's (SQLA etc)?

Just to add,

To test, I have created 2 more filters for other others, It was working fine. (Filter violoation error).

But, for some reason it is failing for just a single user.
