There is certainly the option of logging any SQL generated and run by TD administrator; it's just SQL. Whether or not it is captured depends on the logging options for the user / account.

The SQL History grid is for the current session only. You do have the option (Tools/Options/General) of automatically saving the contents of the grid to a local flat file when you close. It will be named TAdm_yyyymmdd.log in the path you specify on the Directory tab. Or you can manually Save As a filename of your choosing at any point.
