Hi Dave,

So is it safe to conclude that the secondary index may be chosen to be used based on the number of qualifying rows, rather than the type of condition (inequality) used ?

In other words Does it mean that even if there is an inequality condition used with the NUSI, the optimizer might still choose to use it if the number of qualifying rows is small ?
