Hi,

I have observed this behavior when there are NO STATS, but, in your case, you have mentioned like, stats are exactly same.

As you are aware, When stats are not defined, Optimizer checks for random AMP sampling and the plan can be different.

As Frank mentioned, there is a possibility that plan varies if there is huge difference in counts. Is the difference huge?

Also, ping those particular steps where plan is differing in Explain from both the systems.

@Forum, Will there be a difference in Optimizers plan if the box is different (like EDW and appliance)?
