Hi,

ping -t xx.xxx.xx.xx is giving request timeout. But I am able to connect to Teradata using SQL assistant using the same ip.

The Teradata version we are using is version 14.

     RELEASE        14.10.02.08
     VERSION        14.10.02.08
     LANGUAGE SUPPORT MODE        Standard
