TD 14 on SLES 11.

I've been trying to create Archive and Copy(Restore) job using TARA (Version 14.00.00.00) in my BAR server which is Windows OS.

When I click Connect to connect to PRD system I get an error, "Error 506: Query to Teradata failed with CLI error 207: MTDP:

EM_NETCONN(207): Error in doing a network connect."

My PRD backups run fine. But I can't generate Archive or Copy job.

I have no problem to connect to my DEV system.

I searched for the possible cause and solution but haven't been successful.

Any insight and advice is appreciated.
