Hi Experts,

We are creating a new table for a new application.

Table have a UPI which is composed of 5 columns.

Currently there is no stats on this UPI.

Most of queries we are expecting all these 5 columns will be used in join / where condition.

Should I collect stats on this UPI and refresh the same in periodic basis ?

What is best practice in collecting stats on UPI (composite)?

Or should I collect stats on this table only when table grows a certain limit (10 Million)?

We are expecting around 100-300 Million records on this table after 1 or 1.5 years.

We know system will collect demographics on UPI automatically.

Kindly advise.
