Thanks Barb for your reply. I just made those changes. I'm wondering if this should be the case when I use SQL Assistant too because I use the same odbc connection. But I don't seem to find any of these BT ET or roll back for SQL assistant sessions.

In ODBC, my session mode shows ' System Default'-- which probably means whatever is 'assigned' when the database/ user was created.
