I'm guessing this is TD13.10 or later, on a system where local time zone is in effect, and the time zone adjustment between internal and external formats is causing the error. Try something like this to see the offending values and understand the issue:

     CAST(TS2 AS TIMESTAMP(6) WITH TIME ZONE AT TIME ZONE 0)
