Subj:   Re: Teradata Query scheduler Administrator Error

From:   Bakthavachalam, Roopalini

Yes, that was the issue. 'Teradata database' is actually confusing. Someone using it the first time, would put a database name there instead of DSN name.

I now have another issue with Teradata Query Scheduler viewer and Operations utility. Do these tools work only if it is launched as "Run as administrator". When I just run them as normal user, I get this weird error below. However , when I run them as administrator, It works perfectly.

"Teradata Query Scheduler Operations Utility has stopped working ".......

       Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
       Application Name: tdqmview.exe
       Application Version: 13.10.0.0
       Application Timestamp: 4c2935e1
       Fault Module Name: tdqmcomm.dll
       Fault Module Version: 13.10.0.0
       Fault Module Timestamp: 4c29354d
       Exception Code: c0000005
       Exception Offset: 00006cda
       OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.272.7
       Locale ID: 1033

Thanks

Roopalini
