Command-line TPT (tbuild, tdload) is 32-bit. TPTAPI supports both 32-bit and 64-bit callers.

See the client installation guide for dependencies. In general, TPT infrastructure requires CLIv2 (which in turn requires TeraGSS and TDICU); TPT operators and API require TPT infrastructure.
