USE CURRENT JOURNAL means "Saved and Active combined". But for either CURRENT or RESTORED, you have more than one CHKMON. So you must specify the appropriate "Utility Event Number" (displayed in the output from the CHECKPOINT WITH SAVE) to uniquely identify where you want the ROLLFORWARD to stop.

You can also obtain the Event Number by querying DBC.RCEvent where EventType='Checkpoint'.
