Hi,

We have recently configured a viewpoint 13.12 server. Everything is working fine except that Query count & resource usage data collectors are not. It just shows a red triangle whenever I enable them. I have already ensured that,

1) Viewpoint & TDWM user are properly set up in Viewpoint.

2) DBQL & Resusage is enabled in Database as per recommendation.

3) Got the viewpoint server restarted once after configuration.

Any thoughts, why is it happening? Note that I don't have access to viewpoint node and hence can't access /opt/teradata/viewpoint/logs directory for further digging.
