Hi Vijayendra,

The CPUTime field gives the number of seconds of AMP CPU time used by the user and account.

CpuTimeNorm is the normalized time of the CPU which considers the NNF of the Node of your Teradata system.

CpuTime is approximately equal to CpuTimeNorm / (ResUsage.NodeNormFactor/100)

Units in Teradata performance tables is generally CentiSecs.
