Sorry for the long delay on this one but I've been on vacation...

It looks like one of your 'config' files may be corrupted.

Try deleting:

     c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Teradata\SQL Assistant\DBTree.config

That collection should never be empty, so a reference to the first item (Index 0) should never fail.

However if the config file was corrupted it may result in an empty collection.
