Sughesh,

TOP and Sampe are completely 2 different functions.....

TOP X gives you the 'X' rows in highest to lowest rank... The result is always same unless the table is modified SAMPLE X gives you the 'X' rows from the table collected as sample [Picked up randomly from the all AMPs .. use Random AMP sampling....] -- Its just 10 record/ rows picked up randomly from ur table... The result always differers....
