There is the Query Monitor portlet that already exists. It does not look the same but it does have a lot of the same abilities as PMON for queries and being able to drill down into them. There is also the My Queries portlet which will allow the user signed on to see only their queries as long as the viewpoint signon id for the user is the same as the Teradata signon id for the user.
