Can you please let me know how to split the time into regular intervals by using sql query?

     Eg: sample data              Requirement:

     Date        Time             Date          time
                                  10/1/2011     06:30 AM
                                                07:00 AM
     10/1/2011   06-07 AM
     10/1/2011   06-07 AM
     10/1/2011   06-07 AM
     10/1/2011   06-07 AM
     10/1/2011   06-07 AM

     10/1/2011   06-07 AM
