I am trying to install Teradata fast load and mload. After installation when I try to open it

I am getting errors 'libpm.dll is missing please try reinstalling to fix this problem.

My environment windows 7 ODBC 13.10.0.7 and sqla 13.11 and fastload 13.10.0.9. Thanks
