As a matter of fact there are lot of issues with Viewpoint V13.11.04 as well as 13.12. Did you check the message appears on the portlet (under
red triangle). One of the reasons is the data collector sometimes fail to collect TDWM workload data. In order to check, execute tdwmdmp -a >
tdwmdmp.log on any of the Teradata nodes. And also notice that for Teradata Appliance models 15xx and 25xx, not all TASM functionality is made
available to the customer.
