You can check the Transient Journal "Table" (refer documentation what exactly Transient Journal is and how it works, it is a bit of a complicated subject) .

Sometimes internal system issues cause data to accumulate in the Transient Journal table. If that is the case you probably need to open incident with Teradata and figure out why this is happening. They can use special tools to look into the table to see what data is, and potentially from what user/table is the root cause.

This is a common explanation for rapid DBC space exhaustion that persists.

The usual remedy is to do a TPA-Reset of the box after determining the root cause.

Just a possibility.
