Hi James -- don't let DBC run out of space!

The QryLogs eat a lot of space (the underlying tables are Fallback.)

Set up some dba owned tables that mimic the DBC version (NO FALLBACK) and on a weekly or monthly basis move data out of DBC to the alternative.
