In a test conducted in my organization i was asked the below question.

What could improve response time but could also decrease throughput?

A. decrease the number of concurrent users?

B. decrease priority of the workgroup?

C. increase spool space for concurrent users

D. increase the number of concurrent users?

Can anybody please help me find answer to the question
