You need to specify like:

     ...
     /* Issue end query logging to flush the DBQL buffers */
     End query logging on systemfe;
     Begin query logging on systemfe;
      ...

I have specified systemfe user, which is a safe user to stop and start as its only used by the Teradata engineers. This assumes that you have enabled query logging for the user systemfe.

Please refer to the manual for more information in regards to query logging.
