Hello,

I cant say there were major issues while we had upgrade provided all activities have been acted/completed upon in time scheduled...

But make sure you had all major pre/post upgrade activities [SCANDISK/ TABLE/ pause Backup, load jobs, DBSCONTROL Backup and check etc..] have gone well..
