Isn't this a better question for your Teradata Solution Architect?

You specify 1 node, no hot standby? Without it you are building a single point of failure You only get 2 PE's per node, check your login failures will only 2 PE's allow your users and ETL to login successfuly?

1TB doesnt give you much room for expansion, what does your capacity planning tell you?
