Each table consists of several subtables, the combination of the 4 byte tableid plus the 2 byte subtable id is unique within the system.
0000 = table header
1024 = primary data
2028 = first SI
2048 = fallback data
...
There's some info about "Using Ferret Parameters" in the Utilities manual in the Ferret chapter.
