Hi. How can I locate (1) all tables that have a PPI and (2) do not have Statistics collected on the partition?

Also, should I collect statistics for BOTH the partition column AND the partition? E.g.

     COLLECT STATISTICS TableName COLUMN PartitionColumnName;
     COLLECT STATISTICS TableName COLUMN (PARTITION);
