Hi,

For the first time,

1. Create a Restore Role.

2. Grant RESTORE rights on all the objects to this role.

3. Grant this role to the Netvault Restore User(s), depending on what many parallel restore job you are allowed, as single restore user could not run more than one restore job during the same period.

On-going maintenance,

1. Grant RESTORE rights of any newly created database/user to the RESTORE role.

Similar principle applies to the Backup Role except single backup user could run multiple backup jobs during the same period.
