It may not be quite as easy as cloning existing explicit permissions. Often SYSDBA is the "owner" (ancestor) of many databases, and you may be relying on the implicit rights that result. In addition there are the automatic rights granted to the creator of an object. Keeping all that in sync between two usernames will be a headache.
