Hi,

Most of time, we do get HUT lock on database due to failure in yesterday s backup.

Without going through Teradata Manager and doing a showlocks and then issuing a release locks statement manually, is there a method to determine if there are presently HUT locks on the system due to a backup failure?

Is there anyone who has a process presently that does look for HUT locks and then would have the capability of automated notification to the DBAs?

Any ideas would be most helpful. Thank You,
