Yes. But your question is not really Teradata-specific. Any programmer who is familiar with mainframe techniques could write a script that
would generate a script, run that script through a program such as ARCMAIN or BTQMAIN, etc. My preferred tool would be REXX, but it could also be
done with VISION:Report (Quikjob), a CLIST, a Cobol program, whatever.
