Hi,

"Unavailable" is most likely refer to Mainframe. If you are in TD12, you could extract the application information from the logonsource column (like BTQMAIN, MLOAD, ARCMAIN, FASTLOAD, TPUMP, FASTEXP, etc).

This column is not available in TD V2R62, you have to join with dbc.logonoff to get the logonsource info.
