Subj:   Rights on Index and reference

When userid ABC creates a table in DB1 called TB1. ABC automatically has access rights IX (index) and RF (references).

My question is what access rights would user id XYZ need on DB1 or ABC to be able to revoke these 2 access rights from ABC.

I have granted all rights with grant on DB1 to XYZ, but am still unable to revoke the two rights from ABC.

I get The user does not have INDEX WITH GRANT OPTION access to DB1.ABC .

I am able to revoke the rights using DBC but I would like to be able to XYZ.

Aside from granting the two rights on DB1.TB1 to XYZ with grant, and then revoking the access to ABC, I was wondering if there is an option at a higher level.

Thanks
